More updating

Aside from my new groovy layout (which is still a work in progress, btw), I took a few minutes to update my shutterwhimsy website with some new gallery pics and such. Just sharing here 'cause I'm feeling all accomplished at 1:20 am. I promise to get the Christmas trees off the homepage by Monday. ;)

My stomach is growling. I think I'll go pop some popcorn and watch my dvr'd "The Bachelor."

joella. you made me laugh so hard at the first comment. you'll find after you create your own blog (hint, hint) that you are actually ABLE to edit your own posts, unlike your comments that you always mess up at least one lettur on. ;)

yes, you are crazy.

So, I've been thinking about making a blog. I even have a name for one, and so the other night I went to see if the title was available. I had been thinking of this name for a long time, so I was really hoping it was available. When I checked the availability on blogspot, it was taken. I was a bit disappointed, so I decided to type the address in my browser so I could go see who had claimed my cool name. Up came the website, and oddly enough, I had actually created it in March of 2007. Almost TWO YEARS ago! No posts yet, but there it was with Joella Morris listed as owner. I sorta remember making it now. It was right before I got pregnant with Charlie, and then Grant got sick and I worked on his site for a while, and I guess I just forgot about it.

So the moral of the story is that I am working on it. (I'm not going to let you know the address yet because I don't want you peeking in too soon. You know how a master artist protects his work until it's ready for a big unveiling. HA!) I actually do have a header pretty much made, so maybe I'll be able to get it up later today, even if there are still no posts.

If only there were 30 hours a day, and Charlie wasn't cutting 4 teeth so he would let me do a little more than hold him. (((sigh!)))

Leah, your pictures are wonderful. I love the ones of Lindsay's family and the Martins! You are so talented! I'm so happy that when you're a famous photographer that I'll be able to say "I knew her when..." :-)

Well, I still haven't made any posts, and I'm not quite happy with the background yet, but if you want to go see it's morrisminutes.blogspot.com.

It will get there eventually.
